The Mail Vault works with the MS-Exchange Journaling feature. A copy of every email arriving into your orginization is forwarded over a secure SMPT link to our state of the art data center in Agoura Hills, CA. This happens automatically, in real time. There is no chance an email can be deleted before it is archived.

A copy of every outgoing email is also immediately archived by the same process. All inter-office mail is also archived. This process is completely transparent to the users and requires no configuration or administration to the individual PC.

Once archived, your organization's email messages are availble for review and print over a secure, browser based web application anywhere an internet connection is available.

Search by keyword for a single employee, or all employees. Or, set up an auto search where incoming messages are automatically scanned an email is sent you when a match occurs.

Optionally, give your employees access to thier own archive of messages.
